HR Business Partners

HR business partners work directly with the Defence Senior Leadership Group (SLG) to deliver People outcomes by providing strategic People advice, championing the development of People, acting as the principal conduit for senior level communication between DPG and Groups and Services and advocating for the effective provision of People services for DPG customers.
