The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (Division 2) is a continuation of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. The FCFCOA (Division 2) hears a broad range of disputes in matters under family, administrative, bankruptcy, industrial relations, migration, consumer and intellectual property law. It is the single point of entry for family law matters in the federal judicial system, and hears the majority of first instance family law matters. The FCFCOA (Division 2) sits in all Australian states and territories.
