Workforce and People Strategy

The Workforce and People Strategy Division will deliver integrated enterprise workforce and people strategies to enable Australia’s national defence. These strategies will draw on workforce forecasting, modelling and analysis, and strategic personnel research. The strategies will include, but not be limited to, the Defence Strategic Workforce Plan, Defence Culture Blueprint, First Nations Strategy and targeted initiatives to recruit and retain priority segments of the workforce aligned with the Defence Strategic Review. The Division will work across the Defence People System to ensure strategy, policy and service delivery are integrated.
