Security Threat and Assurance (STA) Branch is part of the Defence Security Division. The Security Threat and Assurance (STA) makes a significant contribution to protecting and advancing Defence’s objectives by providing timely, high quality protective security services to Defence and defence industry. The complex, challenging and evolving threat environment in which we operate requires us to maintain our position as a trusted leader in protective security, and to continue to play our part in an integrated and coordinated whole of government approach to security.
