Career Management - Army (CM-A ) is a branch within Military Personnel Division (MPD) and provides career management functions for soldiers and officers across all service categories. CM-A’s primary role is to enable a sustainable and adaptive workforce through career management to support the chain of command in preparing land forces for war.
