Foreign Investment Division

Foreign Investment Division provides secretariat services for the Foreign Investment Review Board, prepares draft and final reports on foreign investment proposals and is usually the first point of contact for foreign investment applicants. The division also advises the Government on general foreign investment policy matters, including Australia's participation in multilateral and bilateral international agreements on investment.
