Finance - Enabling Groups

The Enabling Group Branch sits within the Financial Performance Management Division and provides finance support to the Associate Secretary Organisation, including the Defence People, Estate and Infrastructure and Chief Information Officer groups. The Finance - Enabling Group Branch integrates different areas of the Defence organisation to achieve effective and efficient outcomes, particularly in the areas of service delivery. The Branch is responsible for Defence enterprise planning, performance and risk management functions, and the integration of all corporate enabling services, including facilities and estate security, information and communications technology, information management, human resources, legal, audit and security vetting services.
