The Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board (the Board) receives and reviews applications from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority about the conduct of registered company auditors and liquidators. The Board is authorised to cancel or suspend, admonish, or reprimand, registered auditors and liquidators, and/or require them to give an undertaking.
