The Australia-New Zealand Electronic Invoicing Board (the Board) is an advisory committee representing the collective interests of the Australian and New Zealand governments in respect of the Australia and New Zealand Government Electronic Invoicing Arrangement. The Australian Taxation Office and New Zealand Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment provide administrative (Secretariat) support to the Board. The Board comprises one part-time Independent Member appointed by the Australian Government; one part-time Independent Member appointed by the New Zealand Minister for Small Business; the positions of three senior officials from the Australian Government; and, three senior officials from the New Zealand Government.
