Smart Centres Operations

The Smart Centres Division is responsible for: • contributing to the Social Security and Welfare telephony and processing services to ensure they meet agreed targets timeliness and quality targets; • the effective delivery of Employment Service Assessments, Job Capacity Assessments and specialist health / allied health assessments nationally; • improving the customer’s experience in accessing smart centre services; • supporting the implementation of Service Delivery Transformation and a one-Service Delivery Operations Group view of service delivery; and • the key areas of focus – Performance, quality Leadership and culture, communication and Service Delivery Transformation.
