National Disability Insurance Scheme Actuary

The Board of the NDIA (Board) is to nominate a Scheme Actuary under section 180A of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). The duties of the Scheme Actuary are set out in section 180B of the NDIS Act. The Scheme Actuary is responsible for, among other things, assessing the financial sustainability of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). There is no limit to the duration of a person's nomination as the Scheme Actuary.
