The Disability Reform Ministers’ meetings provide a forum for the Commonwealth and state and territory ministers responsible for disability policy to drive national reform in disability policy and implementation, including through the National Disability Strategy and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Disability Reform Minister’s meetings are the ‘Ministerial Council’ for the purposes of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth).
