Workforce Strategies

The Workforce Strategy Taskforce has responsibility for developing, implementing and measuring a sector-wide workforce strategy to position the APS as an employer of choice, with a high performing, diverse and flexible workforce, mobilised where and when needed. The Group also oversees strategic workforce planning capability across the APS, providing tools and resources to support agency-level workforce planning, and partnering with agencies to support workforce planning capability development.
