The Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (IPEA) is a statutory agency, subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, with its structure and functions governed by the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority 2017. From 3 April until 30 June 2017, IPEA operated as an Executive Agency within Finance.
