Environment Assessments West

The Environment Assessments West Branch undertake Environmental Assessments under Part 7 to 9 of the EPBC Act and strategic assessments under Part 10 of the EPBC Act, as it relates to actions undertaken in Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory. The branch develop policy products to improve and streamline the strategic assessment processes and work with state/territory governments to implement bilateral agreements for assessment activities in WA, SA and NT.
