AGS commercial lawyers provide legal services and strategic commercial advice in connection with agreements (including international agreements) involving the Australian Government or its authorities in a wide range of commercial activities; establishment and management of joint ventures and companies; real property matters; the procurement of goods and services; competitive tendering and contracting; contract management; technology and intellectual property; probity; corporatisation; and privatisation. Provides legal advice to the Commonwealth Attorney-General, ministers, departments and statutory bodies and State Governments on these matters.
