The Subcommittee on Domestic Quarantine and Market Access reports to Plant Health Committee which in turn reports to National Biosecurity Committee whose authority is now derived from the Intergovernmental Agreement on Biosecurity, which is a COAG initiative that came into force in 2012.
The subcommittee delivers on the terms of reference of Plant Health Committee specific to domestic quarantine and market access.
