Food Policy

The Food Policy Branch supports Agrifood strategy; domestic food regulation, including whole-of-system issues (such as FSANZ Act review); Food Regulation Standing Committee (FRSC); Food Ministers’ Meeting; food and beverage manufacturing; domestic food incident responses and recalls (including food fraud and labelling); domestic food certification (including domestic organics reform); wine, horticulture and crop industry policy, programs and engagement.
