The study of Health Outcomes in Aircraft Maintenance Personnel (SHOAMP) Serum Management Committee comprises representatives of ex-service organisations which represent the interests of participant groups in the SHOAMP Study. The SHOAMP Health Study is examining the long term health effects and outcomes in Aircraft maintenance personnel. Serum samples were taken from participants. Samples are stored under contract with DVA. The Committee examines the management of this storage and advices the MRCC on any research proposals to use the remaining serum.
