Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Complaints Office

Treasury
The Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Complaints Office (AGCNCO) is an autonomous unit within the Productivity Commission whose role is to administer the Commonwealth's competitive neutrality complaints mechanism. Competitive neutrality policy aims to promote efficient competition between public and private businesses. Specifically, it seeks to ensure that government businesses do not enjoy competitive advantages over their private sector competitors simply by virtue of their public ownership.
