The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) reviews certain decisions made by the Minister and the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission under Part XVB of the Customs Act 1901 (Act).  The review process is governed by Part XVB, Division 9 of the Act. ADRP Members are appointed by the Minister on a part-time basis for a term of up to three years. The Act requires the ADRP to consist of one Senior Member and at least two other members. The Act does not limit the number of members that can be appointed to the ADRP.
