The National Housing Supply and Affordability Council (the Council) is responsible for advising the Government on options to improve housing supply and affordability across the housing spectrum, report on key issues in housing policy and promote the regular collection and publication of data on housing supply and affordability.
The Council is supported by a dedicated Office of the Council, comprising secretariat and research staff from Treasury.
