IP Australia is the entity responsible for administering Australia's IP rights system, specifically patents, trade marks, designs and plant breeder's rights. IP Australia's vision is to create a world leading IP system building prosperity for Australia. IP Australia includes office holders as specified under the Designs Act 2003, the Plant Breeder's Rights Act 1994, the Patents Act 1990 and the Trade Marks Act 1995.
