Tourism Australia is the Australian Government agency responsible for the promotion of Australia as a destination for leisure and business tourism, including for business events. Tourism Australia's marketing, trade and consumer research programs are focused on 17 key international markets with the greatest potential to deliver on the Tourism 2020 policy objective to increase overnight visitor expenditure to between $115 billion and $140 billion by 2020.
