Sustainability, Climate & Strategy

The Sustainability, Climate & Strategy Division helps build the strategic policy capability of the agriculture, fisheries and forestry department by facilitating creative problem solving, new ways of working, policy development and data capability to drive the achievement of the department’s purpose, objectives and priorities. We develop strategic products with a portfolio-wide lens for the Executive Board and Leadership Team and our minister. We focus on providing insightful data, policy and technical advice, contribute to new policy development, and coordinate the department’s strategic data policy work program.
